Name — to address you and label your order.
Phone number — to send you order confirmation, payment instructions, and to answer questions.
Shipping address — only if you choose to have your order shipped.
Order notes — anything you voluntarily add to your order.

We do not collect passwords, credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive financial identifiers. All payments are handled outside of our website through your chosen payment app (Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or Apple Pay/Cash).

To confirm your order and send you payment instructions by SMS.
To ship or hand off your order.
To respond to your questions and communicate about your order.

By placing an order and checking the SMS consent box at checkout, you agree to receive text messages from NATTY+ related to your order. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on order activity. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for support. We never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We share your information only in these limited cases:

With Twilio, Inc., our SMS service provider, to deliver text messages to you.
With Cloudflare, Inc., our website host, to the extent needed to operate the site.
With shipping carriers (such as USPS) to deliver your order, if you choose shipping.
If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business and comply with applicable law. You may request deletion of your records at any time by contacting us.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. The website runs over HTTPS, and order data is transmitted securely. No system is 100% secure, but we do our part.
