How customers opt in: When you place an order through nattypp.com, the checkout form asks for your name, phone number, and email. SMS opt-in is optional — below the phone field, an unchecked checkbox appears with this exact wording:
Directly beneath the checkbox, the following disclosure is shown: "Optional. If unchecked, we'll email your payment instructions to the address above instead. Typically 2–5 messages per order if opted in. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See Privacy and Terms."
The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to place an order. If you check the box, you affirmatively consent to receive SMS messages from NATTY+ at the phone number you provided. If you leave the box unchecked, your order is processed normally and all order communications — confirmation, payment instructions, and shipping updates — are sent to the email address you provided at checkout instead.
Message types (for opted-in customers): order confirmation with payment instructions, payment receipts, shipping and tracking updates, and replies to questions you send us. Messages are transactional only — no marketing or promotional content.
Message frequency: Typically 2–5 messages per order, depending on order activity.
